About Victor English

我們從事海外遊學，留學顧問與國際學術交流多年，並與英、美、澳、日及新加坡等國家的各級學校建立長期合作關係 ; 在國內也以協助各級公私立學校進行外籍教師聘用，規劃英聽教學、ESL英語課程及英文教師培訓等工作為主要服務項目。2013年，我們開始與新加坡 Marshall Cavendish Education MCE 教育集團合作，取得 Marshall Cavendish 台灣與中國行銷代理權。在各級學校推動全英語教學模式的 e-Learing 資料庫 – MCEduHub，維特教育機構創辦人李總經理，希望藉由此項推動計畫將國內的英、數、理化、生物等學科教學直接與國際接軌，老師們可以直接開始利用新加坡國家級的數位教學平台，同學們更能立即與全球85國學生同步學習英語聽、說、讀、寫四項基本技能，並開始透過自己所得到的英文能力，學習到更多其他學科的知識內容。2014年，新加坡MC教育集團經李總經理建議，開始積極合作研發ICEP / ICMT/ ICST 等，專為同學在參加未來升學、留學、就業或國際競賽與國際志願服務時，所需要具備的國際證照認證大賽，我們很佩服MC教育集團以最審慎的態度與精神，幫助國內許多同學完成了認證，並且給ICEP國際證照，在此我們表示深刻的感動與感謝。維特教育機構全體同仁始終如一的服務熱誠，期待與您合作，共同為孩子們的教育創新努力，提高國際競爭力。

Victor is a global education firm. We have been assisting and providing services to our international clients for over 16 years. Our client base includes educational institutions both public and private in the U.K., U.S., Australia, Japan and Singapore. We have provided our services to schools and institutions working in primary through university level education.In 2013, Victor English began a joint partnership with Singapore based Marshall Cavendish Education. The partnership involved the development of a web based all English e-Learning application. As Ellen Lee, founder of Victor English explains , students can learn the four basic skills for English fluency: listening , speaking, reading and writing. With MC Online Database in use in over 85 countries, teachers and students both can begin immediate use of the application and work with other educators and students from all over the world. With improved English fluency skills, students can unlock opportunities in other English based courses.In 2014, Victor English and MC began their collaboration in the research and development of the ICEP/ICMT/ ICST certification program. These certifications are designed specifically for students working toward advanced degrees, studying abroad, pursuing career opportunities with multinational companies and participating in international language competition or working as volunteers for an international organization. In Taiwan alone, numerous students have benefited from participating in the ICEP certification.
